Warranty

Hellman Canoes are warranted by Hellman Enterprises for a period of two years to the original purchaser against any defects in materials and/or workmanship.
This does not include: normal wear and tear, canoes used for commercial rental, damage due to abuse and neglect (i.e. towing behind power boats), or when structurally altered.

Hellman Canoes reserves the discretion to repair or replace any canoe proven defective. All repairs are to be done by Hellman Canoes unless prior authorization is obtained. Shipment to and from Hellman Canoes is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

7-DAY RETURNS

We understand that online shopping can sometimes be confusing and that mistakes happen. If it turns out that you accidentally chose the wrong product, colour or size we gladly accept returns on all products up to 7 Days after the order has been placed. Buyers are responsible for paying return shipping. We only accept returns on unused and un-installed products still in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued back to you minus shipping charges

Orders Damaged During Shipment

All items that we ship are in new and unused condition. If a package is delivered to you in damaged condition, you have the option of refusing delivery of a package with obvious damage. If you do receive a damaged package, please call us immediately. We will work with the shipping company to arrange for a pick up of the damaged product and packaging. Please try and leave the product and package in its original form as when you received it. This will make it easier when we file the claim with the shipping company. We will do everything in our power to make sure we get you out a duplicate product(s) in un-damaged condition as quickly as possible. We want to make this as hassle-free as possible for you as we realize it is not your fault.

Received the Wrong Product

If we send you the wrong size, colour, or you are missing a product from your indicated original invoice we will do everything in our power to get you out your correct product(s) as soon as possible. We realize that mistakes suck so make sure you give us a call or email us as soon as you realize there is a discrepancy with your received product.
